Objectives set for the Group 2025
More than half of the objectives for the most important subsidiaries were met. The setting of objectives has developed when compared to previous years.
The goal of the assessment
In 2025, the achievement of the objectives of the eight most important subsidiaries was assessed. These are DigiHelsinki Oy, Helen Oy, Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy, Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, The Port of Helsinki, Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna, Metropolitan Area Transport and Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy.
Conclusions
A total of 39 targets were reported in the financial statements. More than half of these were implemented. The setting of objectives has developed when compared to previous years, as all indicators had target values set in the budget. In some individual cases, the Audit Committee found it difficult to assess the achievement of objectives and indicators.
